PRICING
The prices of the products on the website or mobile application of the Desi Spice Factory** or any other online store are given at the time of purchase. Every possible effort is made to present accurate price information; although prices are subject to change while orders are not yet confirmed. The prices mentioned here are in INR and they are levied with taxes like GST where required as per the rates are effective. If there is an increased or reduced GST rate between the time of your order and delivery of your order we shall compensate for the price difference unless you prepaid the amount in full.
Concerning the pricing errors we shall inform you and offer the possibility to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order. Coupon codes and other promotional deals and offers are bound by other specified terms and conditions are not transferable at all and must be used to the best of their capacity. Brazen use of discount codes may lead to the cancellation of an order.
PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted payment methods include:
**Cash on Delivery**, **Google Pay**, **Paytm**, **Visa**, **MasterCard**, **Rupay**, **American Express**, and **Maestro**.
We have the right to cancel the order which is not included in our payment policies even if you have confirmed the payment. In such circumstances, full refunds would be made.
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellation can be requested using the Customer Care contacts, including phone number +91 9896030304, or by sending an email to info@desispice. co. In case you placed an order and it has not been delivered but has been dispatched already, do not accept the delivery and contact Customer Care. Prepaid orders will have the option to request a refund and this will be on the basis of return policies.
Cancellation of non-defective products is allowed provided that the buyer contacts us within 3 days of delivery and returns the product in its original and unused condition within 7 days. For used products, a specific amount will be deducted depending on the amount of value that was diminished during the use of the product.
RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURE
If customers are dissatisfied with the products they have bought, they can return the products within 7 days from delivery in case of defects or discrepancies. Please inform us within 2 days of the delivery and enclose the items in the same condition and packaging when received. Your refund will be processed within 48-72 hours after the inspection of the returned product.
If the dissatisfaction is not a result of our mistake or if the customer placed an incorrect order, we do not allow returns or refunds. In case the items were held up by some circumstances you can cancel the order before it has been shipped and your money will be refunded fully.
Refunds take up to 3-4 days, but the time that it takes to receive the refund differs depending on the method of payment used. It must be noted that refunds are only allowed for products purchased through the website www. desispicefactory.com. But, purchases from third-party stores are governed by their own conditions and amercment policies.
